Acouscenic Listening & Creative Soundwalk Workshop

This workshop, presented in partnership with Age and Opportunity's Bealtaine@TempleBar festival, focused on the study of listening, creative soundwalking and the meditative practices of Tai Chi and Qigong. Enhancing a participant’s perception of sound and silence, it offered a unique approach for situated soundscapes, as well as movement/ sound/and listening improvisations and strategies. The workshop was open to anyone interested in exploring Acouscenic Listening and the Creative Soundwalk as a creative tool. No previous experience necessary. The workshop was led by Sean Taylor.
